As an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Anthony Celucolo Ndzabandzaba (Ndzabandzaba) brings over twenty years of distinguished legal experience in the profession (post admission). Ndzabandzaba is the Managing Director of Ndzabandzaba Attorneys Inc. (the firm), a leading modern practice, specializing in Competition Law, Employment Law, general litigation and strategic corporate advisory. Under his guidance, the firm has become a go-to legal partner for clients across the public and private sectors.

Ndzabandzaba is a recognized and experienced practitioner in Competition Law as well as general corporate law litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ndzabandzaba has handled various complex legal matters and has, over the years, successfully appeared before all the courts in the Republic of South Africa, including the Constitutional court.

Ndzabandzaba chairs and presides over disciplinary proceedings against members of the South African Council for the Architectural Profession, having done so since 2015. Ndzabandzaba is also a committee member for the Legal Practice Council investigative and disciplinary committee(s) since 2018.

His leadership extends to heading high-profile investigations and prosecutions for the Competition Commission of South Africa. Ndzabandzaba possesses vast experience in the regulatory landscape, having held senior positions with the Competition Commission of South Africa- where he was also involved and headed the Cartels Division training and development imperatives. Ndzabandzaba has also provided training to regulatory authorities outside South Africa.
